donation and gift policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of this Policy at any time and without notice. When we do this, we will post the revised Policy on this page and will indicate the date of such revision.

Your continued use of the services provided by Vendly Inc. after the date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy. To the extent allowed by law, the English version of these Policy is binding, and other translations are for convenience only. If you do not wish to accept the new Policy, you may discontinue your use of our services. This Policy is subject to our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and Privacy Policy as contained in (LINK) and (LINK) respectively.

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish a formal process for acceptance and documentation of donations from your Vends. This policy provides guidance when individuals, community groups, and businesses wish to make donations through Vends. This policy also establishes the standards for Vendly regarding the acceptance of gifts on behalf of the NGOs and Charitable organizations.

Type of Donation

Donations are offered in form of cash to be claimed from your vends directly to the designated bank account of the NGOs and Charitable organizations.

Consistency with Interests of Vendly Inc.

Donations may only be accepted and remitted to the designated bank account of the NGOs and Charitable organizations when they have a purpose consistent with Vendly’s goals and objectives and are in the best interest of Vendly. Vendly must always consider the public trust and comply with all applicable laws when accepting donations.

Acknowledgement of Donations

Vendly shall acknowledge receipt of donations in writing for NGOs and Charitable Organization who is the beneficiary of the donation. A copy of the acknowledgement should be forwarded to donors. The acknowledgment receipt of donations shall include the donor names and donation amounts. This is public information subject to disclosure pursuant to the applicable laws of Nigeria.

Declined Donations

Vendly reserves the right to decline any donation if, upon review, acceptance of the donation offer is determined in the sole discretion of Vendly Inc. to be not in its best interests.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted via the Platform in no less than 72 hours after the initiation of an existing or expired vend by the Vendie. Vendly reserves the right to approve all refund request which may take up to 3 business days. All Refunds will be made directly into the bank card linked to the Vendie’s account.

Disclaimer

No advice or information, whether verbal or written, obtained by you from the Company, for the services or through the platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. The services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You shall be solely responsible for the use, misuse, improper usage of the Services and the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any damages accruing out of the use of the Services which have not been expressly stipulated under these Terms.

The Company makes no warranty, including implied warranty, and expressly disclaims any obligation, that:

  1. The Contents are and will be complete, Exhaustive, accurate or suitable to your requirements;
  2. Scope of License: You may use the Platform on/from mobile phones, tablets or any other electronic devices.
  3. The Platform or the Services will meet your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis.
  4. The results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform or Services will be accurate or reliable.
